IOSC  in cooperation with the Interspill and Spillcon conferences is held on a three-year cycle. IOSC 2011 is scheduled for May 2011 in Portland, Oregon, USA. In conjunction with IOSC's change to a three-year cycle, the globally recognized Interspill and Spillcon conferences are also held on a three-year cycle.
