with the collaboration of and assistance from the National Spill Control School of the Texas A & M University(USA) to promote the United Nation's Millennium Development Goal (MDG) for environmental sustainability in Nigeria. It is to provide valuable overview of the problems created by incessant oil spills, effects of such spills/ compensation and develop clean up strategies, aimed at restoration of the Nigerian environment.
